I have been making hybrid blanks for 2 months now. It took a lot of trial and error, and there are a few processes to go through. But it’s very enjoyable.
I’ve made pen blanks so far, but I’m going to make some larger ones fo other projects too.
These are both made from a deep blue and burr Oak blanks.
C&C always welcome
Very nice Brody.
I started playing around with hybrid blanks last year without success then the new workshop took over and I’ve not got back to it yet but I understand the work that’s gone in to get it to work. Nice job
All the best
Thanks very much ed. There is a lot to it, as you know. It’s nice to turn them after all the processes are done
