Longworth Style Chuck

The Longworth Style Chuck is self centring and provides an easy way to re-chuck bowls etc for light and finishing work.

8 silicone grips hold the work tightly without marking. The overall diameter of the chuck does not change as you open and close the gripping jaws.

Mounts on a traditional, 4 jaw, dovetail chuck.

Available in a range of sizes. Subtract 2″ from the stated size of the Longworth Style Chuck to find the maximum work piece size the chuck can grip. So, the 10″ chuck can grip up to 8″ pieces and so on.

Should be used with speeds up to 600RPM.

Replacement silicone grips are available.
