RCSTB Revolving Stebcentre

The Revolving Stebcentre offers the same secure grip offered by the regular Robert Sorby Stebcentre, and also has a rotating, live centre which gives true flexibility.

By using a Revolving Stebcentre coupled with a standard Stebcentre, you will create maximum grip at either end of the wood which gives a very secure method of turning.

Using Stebcentres at either end of your work will also reduce the chance of the timber splitting. This is due to the way the wood is gripped by their teeth, with the load spread out.

Another great advantage of using a revolving stebcentre along with a standard Stebcentre is that with the grip created you are able to turn the project off centre. This opens up a new range of turnable shapes.

The revolving Stebcentre is available in 1MT and 2MT shafts, along with three head sizes:

•     1 1/4″
