PELGJ Long Grind Jig

The Long Grind Jig is for the longer grinds that people now like to put on their gouges. It can also be used to set the grind and then move the gouge holder along to the next hole.

The long grind jig is designed to be used in conjunction with the fingernail profiler. The cylindrical jig fits onto the fingernail boss bar of the ProEdge sharpening system. There are three further holes drilled through the cylinder where the fingernail profiler gouge holder can slide in, enabling you to reproduce long grinds or longer fingernail profiles every time.

Suitable for either bowl gouges or spindle gouges up to 3/4″ (19mm).
